Shipping & Returns Policy

Major Threads Return & Exchange Policy 

We stand by our products and will ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY and it will be issued via GIFT CARD. There will be no cash refunds.  

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

Returns

Return requests must be made within 10 business days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with the original tag and original packaging. We will inspect the item(s) thoroughly and if it doesn't meet the conditions, you will not be credited.  

Exchanges

If it's an exchange, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued.

International

We do not offer returns and exchanges for orders outside of the USA. If there are issues regarding your order, please contact info@majorthreads.com for assistance.  

Note

- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued for the retail price of the item(s) purchased.  
- Discounted items or items labeled as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.  
- Your return must be sent back within 72 hours from when the label is created, or we will not process your return.

International returns, shipping must be paid by customer.
